Live website and dataset
KITTI gave cars ground truth. I built one for trees.
The Tree Vision Stereo Benchmark is a public site for stereo vision on trees and forests. Every frame ships stereo RGB, metric depth, disparity, normals, instance segmentation and a point cloud.
- 8,610
- stereo frames on Hugging Face
- 287
- trees
- 15

I wrote and host the whole site: Flask, SQLAlchemy and Flask-Login behind a dataset browser, member accounts and an analytics back office, deployed on Linux with Gunicorn, nginx and systemd.
- Capture
- Each capture orbits a target tree at 0° and ±45° elevation.
- Rig
- Simulated ZED Mini-class stereo pair, 63 mm baseline.
- Forest flight
- One continuous 74-second camera flight, 2,220 frames, shown in four synchronised views.
- Labels
- YOLO polygons and boxes, semantic classes, surface normals and .ply point clouds.
